I think this is absolutely adorable. You do have a thing for acorns, don't you?
I admire artists that can create such a beauty with Painter, I'm hopeless...
BTW, don't you have a "Follow" thingie so I can follow you through blogger instead of getting the syndicated feed on LJ? (Not much there lately...)

Jade- I sent you an email about the following. :) The LJ syndication feed takes hours to update, but it will eventually update and all my blogger posts will eventually appear on LJ. :)
Julia- Thank you!! That is one of my favorite parts of the painting. :) It's a nice warm cozy glow in a dark and cold environment. Makes me wish I could visit inside and see who lived there. I am suspecting a fairy mouse. ;)
